Thank you 28th Anniversary Customer Raffle

Who can join: 

1. Open to all Pru Life UK Customers who are: 
      a. Individual policyowners with at least one in-force policy as of 30 July 2024 
      b. At least 18 years old, and 
      c. Currently residing in the Philippines 

2. All employees and agents of Pru Life UK and their relatives up to the 2^nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g. parents, siblings, children, grandparents, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are disqualified from joining the raffle.  

How to join the raffle: 

1. Update your contact information via PRUAccess.

2. First 28,000 customers will get three (3) raffle entries.  

3. Raffle period is from 30 July 2024 to 15 September 2024. 

How winners are selected: 

1. Raffle winners will be contacted by an official Pru Life UK representative after the draw. Once the verification process is complete, winners will be immediately announced on Pru Life UK's Facebook page.

2. There will be twenty-eight (28) winners:

   1st Prize	One (1)	Trip for 2 to Rome, Italy
   2nd Prize	One (1)	Trip for 2 to Osaka, Japan
   3rd Prize	One (1)	Trip for 2 to Boracay
   Minor Prizes	Twenty-five (25)	Vouchers worth Php40,000 each

   
   Trips are inclusive of airfare, accommodation, full board meals, in-land transportation, and necessary visa application fees for 2 pax. Travel period is from January 2025 to June 2025, subject to availability. Winners are required to have a valid passport prior to international travel. Passport acquisition or renewal will be on the account of the winner. 

3. A customer may only win once. If a customer is drawn more than once, he/she will receive the prize with the higher value. 

4. The winners will be notified via email and phone call by an authorized Pru Life UK representative. They will also receive separate email instructions on how to claim their prizes. 

1. By joining the raffle draw, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set by Pru Life UK governing the rules of participation. This includes authorizing Pru Life UK and selected third parties to process the participant’s personal information for the administration of the raffle, in accordance with the Security and Privacy Notice of Pru Life UK which may be viewed at https://www.prulifeuk.com.ph/en/footer/privacy-policy/. 

2. Raffle entries will be awarded via email. Only participants who have updated their contact information via PruAccess during the raffle period and have included a valid email address in their contact information in PruAccess will earn raffle entries. Customer information update via other channels will not be awarded raffle entries.

3. Pru Life UK reserves the right to change the raffle mechanics and the prizes. 

4. All issues pertaining to the promo shall be resolved by Pru Life UK. The decision of Pru Life UK on any issue will be deemed final. 

5. Raffle prizes are not convertible to cash nor transferrable. 

6. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Pru Life UK relating to the raffle draw without any compensation. The winner agrees that Pru Life UK may publicize the name and photo of the winners in such mode and manner as it considers fit. The winner's name and photo may be published on Pru Life UK’s website, social media channels, and official press releases to the media. 

7. Any and all expenses related to the claiming of the prizes will be for the sole account of the winners. Any taxes and delivery expenses relative to the prizes shall be for the account of Pru Life UK.  

8. The winner must submit valid proof of identity and the notice sent by Pru Life UK when claiming the prize. The winner must respond within sixty (60) calendar days from date of notification, otherwise, the prize may be forfeited, or a new winner may be selected. 

9. The raffle is exclusive to Pru Life UK customers only. Prizes will not be awarded if the drawn winner/s is no longer a Pru Life UK Customer with an in-force policy at the time of the raffle draw.

10. No purchase of additional insurance product is needed to join the raffle draw.

11. Pru Life UK reserves the right to forfeit the prize or invalidate the awarding to the winner should it be proven that the winner has provided any false information or committed any fraudulent act. In case of such event, Pru Life UK may redraw another winner. 

12. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Pru Life UK free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize. 

How to join the raffle:

3. How do I earn raffle entries?
   Raffle entries will only be awarded via email to customers who
      (a) have a registered email address in Pru Life UK’s records, and
      (b) updated their contact information via PRUAccess during the raffle period.
   
   Customer information update via other channels will not be awarded raffle entries.

4. What happens if my policy is no longer in-force at the time of the raffle draw?
   The raffle is exclusive to existing Pru Life UK Customers. Prizes will not be awarded if the drawn winner/s is no longer a Pru Life UK Customer with an in-force policy at the time of the raffle draw.  

5. What if my contact information is still updated?
   Raffle entries will only be awarded for successfully updating contact information via PRUAccess within the raffle period.

How will winners be determined? 

1. When is the raffle draw?
   Raffle draw is on 19 September 2024 (Thursday).  

2. When and where will the raffle winners be announced?
   Raffle winner will be contacted after the draw and, once validated will be immediately announced on PRU Life UK's Facebook page.

What are the prizes? 

1. What are the minor raffle prizes?
   There will be twenty-five (25) winners of vouchers worth Ph40,000.00 each.   

2. What are the major raffle prizes?
   There will be one (1) winner of each of the major raffle prizes:

5. Are the raffle prizes convertible to cash or transferrable?
   ALL raffle prizes are not convertible to cash and are non-transferrable.  

6. How do I claim my prize?
   Winners will receive an email with instructions on how to claim their prize. All major raffle winners will also get a call from an authorized Pru Life UK representative to coordinate trip details.  

7. How long do I have to claim my prize?

   Winners will be selected at random via electronic raffle draw on 19 September 2024 (Thursday). Raffle winners will be contacted by an official Pru Life UK representative after the draw and, once the verification process is completed, will be immediately announced on Pru Life UK's Facebook page.

8. If the winner provided false information and/or has committed a fraudulent act, will the prize be forfeited?
   Pru Life UK reserves the right to forfeit the prize or invalidate the awarding to the winner should it be proven that the winner has provided any false information or committed any fraudulent act. In case of such event, Pru Life UK may redraw another winner.
