Eligibilty Requirements

For the Policy Owner
a. At least 18 years old (at the time of application)
b. Filipino citizens residing in the Phillipines (at the time of application) -
For the Life Assured
a. Must either be the Policyowner or the child of the Policyowner
b. If the Life Assured is the Policyowner, his/her age must be 18-59 years. If
the Life Assured is the child of the Policyowner, his/her age must be 1-17
years.c. If the Life Assured is the Policyowner, his/her age must be 18-59 years. If
the Life Assured is the child of the Policyowner, his/her age must be 1-17
years.d. Must be in good health, must not have signs and symptoms related to
Dengue and must not be diagnosed with Dengue at the time of
application
Other Details
Waiting Period:
The period within fourteen (14) days after the Coverage Start Date where the Life Assured must not have had signs and
symptoms related to Dengue, been diagnosed with Dengue or had his/her first consultation with a Physician related to Dengue.
Free Look Period:
We will give the Policyowner fifteen (15) days from the Policy Receipt Date to review his/her Policy. This is called the Free Look Period. The Policy Receipt Date is the date we send an email confirmation to the Policyowner's email address on record once the application is approved. The email confirmation will include a link to the documents that constitute the Policy Contract.
If the Policyowner decides that this Policy is not suitable to his/her needs and wishes to cancel it, he/she must immediately notify us through PRUServices within the Free Look Period. Pru Life UK will refund the premium paid in full upon completion of the
processing of the cancellation request.
Exclusions:
- Diagnosis Benefit
The lump sum benefit will not be paid if the Life Assured is diagnosed with Dengue, and the signs and symptoms, diagnosis,
or first consultation with a Physician related to Dengue occurred prior to the Coverage Start Date, or within fourteen (14)
days after the Coverage Start Date. - Death Benefit
The lump sum benefit will not be paid to the beneficiary/ies of the Life Assured, if:
a. The cause of death of the Life Assured was Dengue, but the signs and symptoms, diagnosis, or first consultation with a
Physician related to Dengue occurred prior to the Coverage Start Date or within fourteen (14) days after the Coverage Start

b. If the Life Assured dies beyond fourteen (14) days from the date Dengue was diagnosed and confirmed.

How long is the validity of my e-voucher? |
All Shopee e-vouchers are valid for 90 days upon receipt of the redemption link sent to your email address. You may also refer to the exact e-voucher Expiry Date indicated on the email. |
Can I get a refund if my e-voucher has expired? |
Yes, if your e-voucher was not redeemed within the 90 days upon receipt of the redemption link, you can request for a refund by sending an email to: contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph. |
I bought the wrong product e-voucher. Can I replace it with another e-voucher? |
No. Once you receive the redemption link via email, you will not be able to cancel the product anymore since it’s a digital product. In case you want to cancel and refund the e-voucher instead, send an email request to contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph. We can refund as long as the e-voucher has not been redeemed yet.

Can I share the e-voucher with someone who doesn’t have a Pulse account? |
No. To redeem a Shopee e-voucher, the recipient must download and create a Pulse account. Encourage your loved ones to download Pulse for free to redeem their e-vouchers. |
I have successfully shared the e-voucher but the email address entered is wrong. Can I still resend the email to the right recipient? |
Once shared to others, the recipient will be able to redeem the e-voucher right away. It is deemed final and Pru Life UK cannot retrack once an e-voucher code is redeemed. The e-voucher code may only be used once. Please double check and review the email address before sharing. In case you want to cancel and refund the e-voucher instead, send an email request to contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph. We can refund as long as the e-voucher has not been redeemed yet. |
