Duration of coverage
The duration of the coverage is up to 100 years old of insured.
Age requirement
The plan is eligible for applicants from 0 (7 days) to 70 years old.
Minimum annual* payment
The payment starts at PhP 20,000 or USD 580.

Core benefits
Death benefit - sum assured plus the fund value; 125% of all top-ups less 125% of all withdrawals on the top-up units.
Maturity benefit - sum assured plus the fund value.
Accelerated Total and Permanent Disability - a cash benefit deducted from the base plan and paid in advance in case of sickness or injury.
Accidental Death and Disablement - an additional cash benefit in case the insured meets an accident that resulted to death or disability.
Optional benefits
Protection against accident, death, and disability:

Future Safe - provides a guaranteed 5% increase in base plan coverage compounded every policy anniversary starting immediately on the rider effectivity date. The benefit amount will continue to increase until it reaches the max amount or 50% of the base plan sum assured.

Personal Accident - a comprehensive accident rider that gives cash benefit in the event the insured suffers injuries, disability, or death due to accidents

Payor Term – an additional cash benefit given if the payor stated in the policy dies

Payor Waiver – an exemption from paying the premium on the policy for those insured ages 25 and below if the payor stated in the policy, dies or becomes totally and permanently disabled.

Waiver of Premium on Total and Permanent Disability – an exemption from paying the succeeding premiums if the insured becomes totally and permanently disabled due to bodily injury or disease.
Protection against critical illness:

Life Care Benefit – a cash benefit deducted from the base plan and paid in advance in case the insured is diagnosed with or has undergone surgery due to any of the 36 pre-identified critical illnesses.

Life Care Plus – a cash benefit paid to the insured who has been diagnosed with or has undergone surgery due to any of the 36 critical illnesses covered.

Life Care Advance Plus – a cash benefit of 25% of the rider benefit amount paid in advance if the insured is diagnosed with any of the 10 identified early stage critical illnesses. This can be availed up to four times if it's for different eartly stage conditions.

Multiple Life Care Plus – a cash benefit given if the insured is diagnosed with or has undergone surgery due to any of the 36 critical illnesses covered. This can be availed up to three times, provided the illnesses fall under separate categories as defined by this benefit.

Life Care Waiver – an exemption from paying the succeeding premiums for those insured who have been diagnosed with a critical illness or has undergone surgery.
Protection against hospital expenses:

Hospital Income – a cash benefit for each day of hospital confinement due to injury or illness. This may be upgraded by adding other benefits such as the Intensive Care Unit Benefit, Long-Term Hospitalization Benefit, and Surgical Expense Reimbursement.

Pre-existing Conditions – medical conditions, injuries or illnesses that you already have before purchasing Life Care Advance Plus (LCAP), Multiple Life Care Plus (MLCP) and/or Hospital Income (HI) benefit will not be covered.

Plan Exclusions – this plan and other benefits attachable to it has other conditions and exclusions that may affect the payment of the insurance proceeds.

Free-look Period – you have 15 days from the date you receive your Policy Data Page to decide if LCAP, MLCP and/or HI benefits are for you. If you advise us that you wish to discontinue your coverage within this period, we will refund the rider premium you paid in full.
Definition of terms
Premium - a specified amount of money that you pay in exchange for the coverage provided by your insurance plan
Fund value - the accumulated amount of cash that you can potentially earn over a period of time from the investment component of your investment-linked life insurance plan.
Rider - optional benefits that you can attach to your life insurance plan to expand your coverage.
Sum assured - the guaranteed amount stated on the policy contract that the policyowner or beneficiary will receive upon the occurrence of an event, e.g. death.
Top up - an additional payment on top of the regular premium.
