PULSE it up!

Pru Life UK’s “PULSE it up!” Promo runs from May 15 to July 15, 2023 and is open to all new & existing policyowners of Pru Life UK.

To qualify for the promo, the policyowner must do any of the following:

1. Update any of the following contact information* via PRUServices in Contact information are the ff:

   • Email address

   • Mobile number

   • Residential address

   • Correspondence address (mailing/billing address)
     
     

2. Download, register, and link** your Pru Life UK policy to Pulse

How to download, register and link your policy and update your contact details in Pulse:

1. Go to PlayStore or Apple Store and search for We Do Pulse

2. Register

3. Go to PRUShoppe > PRUServices

4. Click on Link Policy button and enter policy number or your

Once your policy is linked in Pulse, you can now update your contact information:

• Access PRUServices in  

• Tap “Update Contact Details” found on the right-side  

• Input the OTP that will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

*Only customers with Contact Information Update (CIU) transaction made within the campaign period may qualify for the promo. CIU transaction involves updating of any of the following: email address / mobile number / permanent address / correspondence address. If no change in contact details, a customer may still choose to make a CIU transaction using the same contact information to qualify.

**Customer‘s email address and mobile number to be used in registering policies in Pulse must be similar to the email address and mobile number in his/her Pru Life UK records.

Each policyowner who successfully updates his/her contact information and/or downloads, registers and links his/her Pru Life UK policy within the campaign period will automatically earn one (1) e-raffle entry for each activity and get a chance to win exciting

There will be 175 winners of Giftaway vouchers worth P500 each and 1 winner of iPhone14 Pro 128GB (or latest version).

The policyowner may earn one (1) e-raffle entry only for each activity (a total of two e-raffle entries) within the promo duration. Any additional contact information updates or Pulse download/registration/policy linking regardless of the number of policies updated/linked to Pulse will not entitle the policyowner to earn additional e-raffle.

The policyowner may only win once. The policyowner must have at least one (1) in-force policy at the time of e-raffle draw to qualify

Winners of the Lifestyle vouchers will receive their voucher codes from Pru Life UK via SMS or The contact information on record provided by the winning policyowner/s during the promo will be used by Pru Life UK for the purposes of administering this promotion and for the release of the vouchers. Prizes are not convertible to cash.

The winner of the iPhone 14 Pro 128gb will be contacted via a call-out by a Pru Life UK representative to conduct verification The winner will also be requested to email one (1) copy (front & back) of his/her valid photo-bearing ID such as Passport, SSS, GSIS, TIN, UMID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, PRC, Postal ID, School ID signed by the school principal or head of the educational institution.

The iPhone 14 Pro will be delivered to the winner’s mailing address registered on Pru Life UK record. The winner must make sure that his/her mailing address on Pru Life UK’s record is updated.

Actual color of the iPhone 14 Pro may vary depending on availability. Unclaimed reward after 6 months from the raffle period will be forfeited.

In the event that the winner could not be contacted through his/her contact information on record, a second name for a winner will be drawn.

The electronic raffle draw will be held on July 31, 2023 at Pru Life UK Head Office via online raffle tool “RandomPicker” with a presence of representatives from both Compliance and Senior Management teams.

Through the contact information on record provided by the winning policyowner/s during the promo, winners will be notified via SMS, email or call using our official channels with instructions on how to claim their prizes.

Pru Life UK reserves the sole right to share information about this promo to qualified policyowners and shall not honor any unauthorized forwarding or sharing of the details of this promo to the public or to unqualified Pru Life UK customers.
