1. Why will I receive digital copies of my policy documents?

You will receive your policy documents digitally so you can securely access important notices anytime and anywhere. And with your eco-friendly notices, there is less use of paper, less energy used, less waste—more trees saved!

2. How will I receive them? 

You will receive your policy documents through your registered email address and your PRUAccess account.

3. What are these documents?

These e-documents include:

  • Premium notice

  • Policy Kit

  • Anniversary letter

  • Fully paid certification

  • Fund balance advisory

  • Transactional Confirmation Advice

  • Confirmation letters for major policy changes

4. Will I be charged for this?

Receiving your e-documents via email & PRUAccess is FREE.

5. I still want a paper copy of my premium notice/fund balance advisory/anniversary letter/fully paid certificate. Can I request for it?

You can download and print your e-documents from your PRUAccess account. For premium notices, printed copies are no longer sent via mail.

6. I updated my contact details after my premium has become due. How do I get a copy of my premium notice?

You can access your premium notice anytime via your PRUAccess account. Alternatively, you may request for a copy of your premium notice via:

  • your agent

  • email at contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph

  • PRU Contact Center at 8887-5433 (Metro Manila) or 1-800-10-7785465 (domestic toll-free)

  • any Pru Life UK Customer Center near you

E-Premium Notices

1. Would all policyowners receive e-Premium Notices?

All policyowners with active policies will receive e-Premium Notices except for those with:

  • Single-pay policies
  • Regular-pay peso policies with monthly premium payments
  • Fully paid policies
  • Select digital products
2. How can I view my e-Premium Notices in PRUAccess?

Step 1: Log in to PRUAccess

Step 2: Click “Policy Information” & choose the policy you want to view.

Step 3: Select the “Letters” tab.

Step 4: In the Letter Type dropdown, select “Premium Notices”.

Step 5: Adjust the date as needed, then click “Search”.
